Please choose one of the
following alternatives:
1. All you need to do is
share with us your experience in a brief description of your implementation
project. It can be accomplished with a three page - (1000 words or more) story
of how you determined the scope of the project, how much effort you put into it,
how many people were involved, and the results after implementing. This will
come with a minimum of one picture of your team attached, and your authorization
to publish it in our website. You can send other pictures as well to show
examples of the improvements.
2. A set of 16 pictures, 8
of the "before" and 8 of the "after" conditions of your
areas impacted by an Implementation Project. Add a picture of the team that
accomplished the improvements, and a brief footnote to each picture.
Motivation:
Needless to say: this is an
excellent showcase of your accomplishments and a source of pride for each
individual in the implementation team and also for the management team
supporting the project.
