Personnel Attitude Improvement
is a Secondary Effect of a good TPM Implementation

By actively participating in the improvement and upgrading of the machine, the operators, supervisors and the whole team, develop a feeling of ownership. This is probably the most important part of the TPM process. Participating in this kind of programs creates in the individual a sentiment of pride and commitment that will make them all feel a part of the World-Class company that we are building together. We have seen workgroups turn into excellent Teams because they share the pride.

Very important as well, is the fact that, during the training, the team members learn that TPM is something that can be applied as well, in any other activity that we are performing. Continuous improvement seems to be the golden rule for the future generations. It will have to become a part of the culture in order to survive.  We all should be willing to be taught of ways to improve our over all performance. It really is a Win-Win situation.
