How
many times we have faced this situation. We have the people with knowledge and
wisdom but others don't seem to learn from them. It is simple, not everyone have
the skill to convey their ideas to others. We have been living off of this for
decades and can certainly be of help to convert your experts into effective
trainers. In a workshop of just 24 hours and we can do it ON SITE or ON LINE!
ON
SITE we can come to your place and train up to 12 people as to how they can
become excellent trainers. It takes 3 8-hour sessions and there are plenty of
hands-on practice, so they end up feeling comfortable and confident when
addressing trainees.
ONLINE
the schedule can be easier: anywhere from three 8-hour to six 4-hour sessions of
video-conferencing, where they can ask questions and will develop their own
training pitches.
In
any of both ways the process is as follows: We have them present a piece of
knowledge in, we then evaluate the requirements for improvement, and
sequentially, advancements they make in practice. These improvements are created
according to the specific need of each participant.
